Since Udawalawe is a small park, precisely; covering 308 square km / 119 square miles, half-day safari is adequate, unless you are a hardcore animal lover, particularly elephants. Udawalawe is home to many Species, particularly 184 birds (33 of which are migratory), 135 species of butterflies, 33 reptiles, 12 amphibians, 21 fish and 43 mammals.

Between 3-4pm we will leave this island paradise and head back to the Port of Carti. Your driver will be waiting for you and safely drive you back to Panama City, dropping you off at your lodging by 7pm.
